Sha’an Residence provides accommodations and related services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure a pleasant and safe experience, we cannot guarantee the absence of unforeseen circumstances.
2. Personal Property
Guests are solely responsible for their personal property during their stay at Sha’an Residence. We do not accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises. We recommend using the provided safes and locking doors when not in the apartment.
3. Personal Injury
Sha’an Residence is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or death that may occur during your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained on the property, in the apartment, or while using any of our facilities. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and be mindful of their surroundings.
4. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or provide information about third-party services such as transportation, tours, or activities. Sha’an Residence does not assume any liability for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party service providers. Any interaction or transaction with third-party providers is at the guest’s own risk.
5. Force Majeure
Sha’an Residence is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this policy that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure events). These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, and pandemics.
6. Maintenance and Repairs
While we strive to maintain our property to the highest standards, we cannot guarantee that all facilities and amenities will be free from defects or interruptions. Sha’an Residence is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by maintenance activities, repairs, or unforeseen technical issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sha’an Residence’s total liability to guests for any damages arising out of or in connection with their stay shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the reservation. Under no circumstances will Sha’an Residence be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
This Non-Liability Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of NIGERIA/FCT, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in FCT ABUJA.
